Moist and juicy chocolate n orange cake
Preheat oven too 180oC, Grease a loaf tin and place parchment paper in it also.
Melt 75g of chocolate in double boiler, add 1/2 the juice of the Orange and coffee mix until combined, place to the side to cool a little.
Cream butter and sugar, then add the 2 eggs mixing well, then pour in cooled chocolate and orange. Sieve in flour and baking powder and fold together adding the chopped of chocolate and orange zest.
Then pour into the tin and bake for 40-45mins, then place 2 tbsps of icing sugar into a bowl and mix in remaining orange zest add more or less depending on the consistency wanted.
Remove cave from oven leaving in the tin pierce several knife hole I too to the bottom and pour the orange drizzle over the entire cake and leave to cool.
make sure to leave melted chocolate cool as it will cook the eggs if it's put in too soon. After cutting rap it up well in plastic foil as it will stay nice and moist
