For the meatballs:
1. Mix everything together (apart from the flour) and re-mince on a course setting. -This makes sure everything is binded-
2. Roll into 17 even sized balls
3. Lightly coat the meatballs in flours all over **Make sure it is only a light dusting**
4. Bake in a preheated oven 180*C / 350*F / Gas 4 for 35-40 minutes.
5. Take out and allow to cool before adding to the pasta source
For the Pasta sauce:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan
2. Blitz the onion, garlic and carrot in a blitzer
3. Add the combo of onion, garlic and carrot to the saucepan and heat for 5-7 minutes until it softens
4. Add tomato puree and seasonings and cook for a further minute
5. Pour in the wine or stock and cook until mixture has reduced by about two thirds (this should take roughly 5 minutes)
6. Pour in the chopped tomatoes, bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
7. Blitz the sauce together, eliminating lumps.
8. Mix the source into some pre-cooked pasta
9. Add the meatballs to the sauce and enjoy!
