You will not believe it tastes this great and can be so simple to fix. Try it, it will surprise you.

Ingredients

4 pound Beef brisket
2 cup Mustard; - yellow, digon, you name it
Heavy Aluminum Foil

Preparation

Pre heat oven to 350.

Cover brisket with mustard and wrap in foil sealing the top and ends. Bake until tender, 50 minutes a pound. Let stand for five minutes before carving.
