Wonderful dipping sauce for won tons or egg rolls!

"I used 1 cup of pineapple juice and used sushi rice vinegar because I didn't have regular vinegar. I omitted the sugar (vinegar already has sugar in it) and it turned out really good. Thanks for the easy recipe "

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Pineapple juice
1/2 cup Distilled White Vinegar
3/4 cups Sugar
3 tablespoons Catsup; or Sriracha
3 tablespoons Cornstarch

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

Combine sweet and sour ingredients in a saucepan; cook over medium heat

while stirring constantly until sauce thickens; set aside.

Doesn't taste much like sweet and sour sauce but everyone loved its taste! Turned sweet and sour chicken into more of a sweet pineapple chicken. Really great!
