3 matzas
6 eggs
Half cup sugar
Half tsp salt
Half tsp cinnamon
Half cup raisins
Half cup chopped almonds (if no allergies)
4 tart apples shredded
Grated rind of orange
One quarter cup melted butter
Cinnamon and sugar mixture for top
Crumble matzas into water and soak until soft, squeeze out all excess
moisture. Beat eggs add all other ingredients. Place in well greased
casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture and pour melted butter
over top. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8
