This is not only a creamy dessert, but also easy, quick and delicious.

"I made this tonight and I used white chocolate and Ginger biscuits for the base and sprinkled small pieces of the biscuits on the top with some pieces of stem ginger in syrup too. As I am in England we don't have cool whip so I used double cream and it worked great and everyone seemed to like it and some said they loved it.
I think I might put some citrus fruits or some sharp berries with it next time to cut through the creaminess.
Definitely worth a shot at making, thanks for the recipe."

"If you like it, you might also try this  These baby cheesecakes were inspired by one of my all-time favorite desserts–White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory..I've been toying with the idea of remaking the entire cake for a long time. Then I remembered how adorable and incredibly simple mini cheesecakes are. Seriously, you don’t even need to break up the Oreo cookies!" Firebyrd Firebyrd

"Personally, I prefer making it this way  This recipe is beyond belief! It's VERY different in that it's NOT a Red Velvet flavored cheesecake batter -- it's actually a cheesecake with chunks of red velvet cake stirred into a creamy cheesecake batter and then poured onto a red velvet crust! This luscious cake just screams "HOLIDAYS!" and I truly hope you and yours enjoy it on holidays as we do, or even special occasions in general!" Firebyrd Firebyrd

The family absolutely loves this! Been making this for the last couple years now. Going to make it again tonight with a homemade graham cracker crust :-)

I haven't made it and I won't be. I know it's very tasty because I made something similar to it. I'm not going to make anything out of cool whip because it consists mainly of processed vegetable oils and high fructose corn syrup. They're bad for u!!

This was a little more work than I envisioned, but it came out great. The only suggestionI have is to make sure to use a really good melting chip. Oherwise it is too hard to melt the chips.

Made this for Thanksgiving, it was so good! Did not need any extra sugar. Have been asked to make another already!
