Melt Butter, Sugar and Milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add Vanilla. Stir in Chocolate Chips, Peanut Butter and Coconut. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Stir in Instant Oatmeal completely. Scoop onto wax paper and let cool.
