I wanted to start trying my hand at writing some recipes of my own. I went through my pantry and pulled some items I wanted to work with and then to the fridge to see what might go with them. After that, I put some keywords in a google search and found a few things I could bake. Using the measurement listed on my favorite ones I came up with this Oreo Peanut Butter Lovers Cheesecake. Hope you enjoy!
For Crust:
Using a food processor, add the cookies and butter and pulverize. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch pan.
Filling:
Using stand mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream, peanut butter, vanilla, peanut butter morsels and powdered sugar until well blended.
Topping:
Fold together by hand the cool whip and and Peanut butter morsel. Spread mixture on cheesecake. Add Reeses’s mini peanut butter cups.
Cool in refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours. The longer the better!
