1) Beat together cream cheese, cream, egg yolks, cup sugar, flour, vanilla and rum.
2) Beat the egg whites with the other cup sugar and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Add raisins
3) Pour the mixture into a grased rectangular 11 x 7 x 1 " or into a 10" round mold
4) Bake at 350 for 45 min.
