2 cups fresh whole baby carrots; or frozen, thawed
1 stalk celery; cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium Italian plum tomato; diced
3 pounds beef bottom round roast; or beef chuck pot roast
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 3/4 ounces Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon roasted garlic; chopped or chopped fresh
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes; crushed
1 teaspoon vinegar
