Suggest a better descriptionCut together butter, sugar and flour. Pat down on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven.
While baking, cream sugar and eggs. Gradually add flour and baking soda, then gradually add lemon juice. When creamy, spread over hot crust and bake another 20 minutes.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Slice with hot wet knife.
make sure you bake long enough so it isn't too gooey. use a cookie sheet rather than a 9x13 pan. should be thin
