Grandma's Chinese Noodle Cookies
Melt 12 oz package of chocolate chips and 12 oz package of butterscotch chips over low heat in a heavy saucepan. When completely melted, stir in 1 5-oz can of chow main noodles (slightly broken up) and 1/4 cup of peanuts or cashews. Spoon on to a cookie sheet or waxed paper. Cool until set up. (Refrigerate).
