For, Mother's Day, my sisters and I made an omelet for my mom to wake up to. We had lots of fun making it and did not fine problems. We did not make it the classic way though. We are of the ages 12, 15, and 17. So I think y'all can handle it. We did not add milk.
1. Grease skillet.
2. Put on Medium Heat.
3. Add Seasoning, Peppers, and Bacon to skillet.
4. Cook until satisfied and then put it on a separate plate.
5. Clean Skillet for reuse.
6. Whisk eggs with more salt and pepper.
7. Put in skillet on medium heat.
8. Let eggs set and flip it over.
9. Add Filling to half of the omelet.
10. Add desirable amount of cheese.
11. Cover filled side of omelet with empty side.
12. Cover top with cheese.
13. Plate and enjoy.
You can add extra things like sausage, mushrooms, ham, etc.
