Chicken with lots of onions in a tangy barbecue sauce
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. peel and slice onions into pieces (can leave as large pieces or cut to bite size.)
3. sauté onions in butter in a large frying pan until tender but not brown
4. add rest of ingredients and mix well.
5. place chicken thighs into 13 x 9 baking pan and pour sauce over
6. bake for 60 min in 350 degree oven
could use chicken breasts or drumsticks but we like thighs
