Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl, if using white chocolate, add oil.
Microrwave at 100 percent, checking every 30 seconds until melted. Stir until smooth.
Stir in nuts. Scrape onto prepared baking sheet; spread in an even layer 8-9 inch square.
Distributing nuts evenly through the chocolate.
Let bark stand until completely cooled. Break of cut into pieces. Store bark into airtight container in a cool dry place.
