Small nut-filled cups
Dough: Mix cream cheese, flour and 1/2 cup margarine and salt. Mix well and chill about an hour. Divide into 24 pieces. Roll into a ball and press with fingers until the dough covers the cup. (Use mini muffin pans.)
Filling: Combine margarine, egg and brown sugar. Cook over low heat until margarine is melted, Place small amount of nuts into each cup, ensuring there is enough for all 24 cups. Pour filling into each cup.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
