I made these delicious cakes as a Christmas dessert.❤
Cover a square bakingform with bakingpaper and preheat the oven to 180° celsius.
FOR THE CAKE:
Melt the chocolate au bain marie together with the butter.
Put the ingredients for the cake including the melted chocolate in a bowl and mix it for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture in to the bakingform and bake it in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until done.
FOR THE FROSTING:
Mix the butter until fluffy, add the powdered sugar little by little. Add the rest and mix until you have a good and fluffy frosting.
Decorate the cakes to your own liking.
