Delicious ice cream.

"It was good, very creamy like others mentioned. It took a really long time, much longer than normal, to freeze in the ice cream maker. It was still very soft so I put it in the freezer. Two hours later, still soft. When I tried it at this stage, it tasted much too sweet. It hardened more overnight and the second day, it tasted better.

I'm not sure I would make it again. I would probably stick to chocolate."

Will this still work without an ice cream maker. How would I acheive the same result?

I only used 1/4 cup sugar and that was plenty sweet. This was a rich and creamy icecream. It did not need eggs to make it creamy. Great recipe!

This comes out SOOO creamy you'd think it was French style with egg yolks and cooked and what have you. Rich and decadent, it's a favorite at my house.
