No-bake bars meet Nutella. 10 minute prep!

"I've never had a case where these didn't harden properly. I normally use the quick cooking oats. I would suggest doing the same and maybe boiling for more than a minute. For best results, they do need to be chilled in the refrigerator (if you can resist trying to eat them right away). I hope this helps."

Ingredients

2 cups Sugar
4 Tbsp Cocoa
1 stick Butter
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Nutella
1 Tbsp Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Oatmeal; (original or quick-cooking)

Original recipe makes 16 Servings

Preparation

In a heavy saucepan, bring the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, then add in Nutella, vanilla and oatmeal. Pour mixture into an 8 X 8 pan, or drop by spoonfuls onto a lined cookie sheet. Place in fridge to harden.

Notes

I think they are best eaten cold, so I always keep mine in the fridge.

Best no bake ever. Even better made with Jif mocha cappuccino hazelnut spread and Madagascar bourbon vanilla.
