Ready in 10 minutes

No-bake bars meet Nutella. 10 minute prep!

2 cups Sugar
4 Tbsp Cocoa
1 stick Butter
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Nutella
1 Tbsp Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Oatmeal; (original or quick-cooking)

Original recipe makes 16 Servings

In a heavy saucepan, bring the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, then add in Nutella, vanilla and oatmeal. Pour mixture into an 8 X 8 pan, or drop by spoonfuls onto a lined cookie sheet. Place in fridge to harden.

I think they are best eaten cold, so I always keep mine in the fridge.

I've never had a case where these didn't harden properly. I normally use the quick cooking oats. I would suggest doing the same and maybe boiling for more than a minute. For best results, they do need to be chilled in the refrigerator (if you can resist trying to eat them right away). I hope this helps.

Best no bake ever. Even better made with Jif mocha cappuccino hazelnut spread and Madagascar bourbon vanilla.

Really liked this but would definitely put less sugar in next time.
