Healthy meal substitute. This recipe was submitted by Kim
Mix the flour, oats, and wheat germ together with remaining dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, blend the eggs, oil, and honey together.
Blend both mixtures together along with the orange juice and vanilla.
Place in greased or non-stick 12 by 8 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) then bake for approximately 40 minutes.
Slice to desired size.
NOTE: bars will be slightly heavy.
