1. Melt the butter in a pot. Add the sugar and mix together.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, cinnamon and salt.
3. Fold the melted butter and sugar into the primary bowl.
4. Add the flour, quick oatmeal and chocolate chips.
5. Bake in the oven for 16 minutes, 180 Celsius degrees.
After baking, I love to keep the cake in the refrigerator.
