2) Mix in eggs, milk, salt, applesauce, baking powder, and oatmeal.
3) Fold in frozen berries.
4) Pour into lightly greased pan. (Square glass for single batch or 9x13 glass for double batch)
5) Top with brown sugar and cinnamon.
6) Cover, refrigerate over night (if needed).
7) Preheat to 350 degrees.
8) Bake for about 45 minutes to an hour (until firm).
9) Serve hot and enjoy!
