Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars with mixer until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats and chocolage chips, mix well.
Press dough evenly into bottom of a 10" non-stick skillet.
Bake 20 minutes or until top is lightly browned. (Do not over bake -- cookie will continue baking after removed from oven).
Cool approx. 10 minutes.
Tastes great topped with vanilla ice cream.
