1/ Preheat oven to 375(F).
2/ In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar till smooth.
3/ Beat in eggs, one at a time.
4/ Stir in milk and vanilla.
5/ Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl, stir into sugar mixture.
6/ Stir in the oats and choc. chips, nuts and coconut until well mixed.
7/ Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
8/ Bake 10-12 minutes for chewy cookies or 14 minutes for firmer ones.
