Quite simply the best combination of everything you want in a cookie. The best I have ever made or even tasted!
Cream the first 3 ingredients together. Using room temperature butter makes this much easier.
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix well.
Stir in the oats, chocolate chips and raisins.
Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350ยบ for 10-12 minutes. Do not over bake.
