"What an awesome pan of beans!! We forgot to drain the beans.. The pan was definitely full, but nothing spilled out over the edges. This is a hearty recipe, as you can imagine with the pound of chopped brisket, and it had just the right amount of spice. Definitely will make again, and will pay more attention to the specifics of preparing the dish. "

Ingredients

2 15 oz Cans Pork & Beans
1 15 oz Can Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 15 oz Can Black beans
1 small Red onion; Diced
1 medium Green Bell Pepper; Diced
1 medium Pepper, Jalapeno; Seeds removed, diced
1 18 oz Tomato Based BBQ Sauce
1 pound BBQ Brisket; Chopped

Original recipe makes 12 Servings

Preparation

Preheat oven/grill to 350 degrees

Drain beans & mix all remaining ingredients in an aluminum foil pan

Place the pan on a cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees for two hours

Let stand 30 minutes before serving

Notes

When cooking brisket, use sweet & heat rub for best results
