Yummy easy meal that can help use up vegetables in the crisper
Create a batter with the flour and water
Add the sake
Add the vegetables and mix well
Heat table spoon of oil in frying pan
Add 1/4 of mixture evenly distributing veggies
Turn a few times ensuring it is pressed down on with spatula until golden brown
Repeat 3 more times
Serve with mayonnaise and or okonomi sauce (or make own okonomiyake sauce following bigoven recipe 166839)
