Try this Old-Fashioned Egg Salad recipe, or contribute your own.
"I added some ground mustard about 1/4 teaspoon or so, a little prepared mustard would also work great, mustard and eggs go excellent together."

promfh 10y agoTry this on a toasted slice of multi-grain bread. It's a hearty lunch.
