Suggest a better description1) Whisk flour, soda, and salt together in medium bowl.
2) Using electric mixer, beat both sugars and butter in large bowl until
fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla, then peanut butter.
3) Stir in dry ingredients. Cover; chill dough until cold, at least 1 hour
and up to 1 day.
4) Preheat oven to 325 degrees Farenheight.
5) Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Arrange on 2 large ungreased
baking sheets, spacing about 1 inch apart.
6) Using fork, flatten each dough ball to 1-3/4 inch round, making
grooves. Press fork lightly in opposite direction, making cross-
hatch pattern.
7) Bake cookies until golden, about 15 minutes. Cool on sheets 5
minutes. Transfer to racks; cool. (Can be made 1 day ahead.
Store airtight at room temperature.)
