1. Fry bacon until crisp. Drain, RESERVING bacon drippings.
2. Add flour to drippings. Blend well. Stir in kraut and bacon. Transfer to slow cooker.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Cover. Cook on Low 6-8 hours, or High 3-4 hours.
