Suggest a better descriptionCrumble sausage in large stock pot. Brown sausage over medium heat. Add onions and cook until slightly translucent. Add chicken broth and water to pot and stir. Add potatoes, and garlic. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are done.
Add bacon and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Turn to low heat.
Add kale and cream.
Heat through and serve.
