Great appetizer. Goes well with both hard chips or soft bread. Try it on garlic butter toast points.
In a small food processor, add all the ingredients and blend. You want a course finish on the blend. Let rest in the refrigerator for one hour for best results. I do not suggest preparing the night before as the liquids will make it soggy.
Add the list of ingredients and blend with any changes you like. This can be done in smaller batches or in large batch. Try adding Roasted Garlic for a smokey flavor.
