Omelet without the mess.
Crack eggs into large resealable freezer bag; press out most of of the air & seal;shake or squeeze to beat eggs. Open bag; add cheese, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, salsa & mushrooms. Squeeze out as much air as you can; seal bag. Bring large pot of water to boil. Place up to 8 bags at a time into boiling water. Cook for exactly 20 min. Open bag; let omelet roll out onto plate. Omelets should roll out easily.
