Ingredients

Are you making this? 
4 slices bread; (white, wheat, whole wheat, etc.)
4 Eggs
2 tbsp butter or margarine; (or more)
salt; to taste
pepper; to taste

Servings  

Preparation

Make a large hole in the center of each slice of bread. Butter the bread and the circles and put in a sprayed or greased pan.

Press the bread circle down with a spatula to flatten. Crack the eggs into each hole.

Sprinkle toast and circles with salt and pepper to taste. Flip toast when egg is halfway done. Let them finish cooking.

Serve with with the circles.
