Good recipe for a light lunch
1. preheat the broiler. spray a broiler rack with nonstick spray.
2. heat 2 teaspoon of the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. add the beef and cook, turning occasionally until browned, 3-4 minutes. transfer to a plate. add the remaining 1 teaspoon oil to the skillet. add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened, 8 minutes. stir in the beef, worcestershire, hot sauce, and salt; cook until heated through, 2 minutes.
3. sppon 1/2 cup of the steak mixture onto each bread slice and top with the cheese. Place on the broiler rack and broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly, 1-2 minutes.
