Suggest a better descriptionMix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, pepper, celery and onion in a deep glass dish or zip-top plastic bag. Blend well and marinate drumsticks overnight in refrigerator. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange drumsticks close together in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Roast for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, pour marinade into a small saucepan. Boil hard until syrupy. Discard celery and onion. Drizzle over drumsticks during last half of baking. Yields 4 servings. Recipe adapted from Blue Collar Food by Chris Styler and Bill Hodge. (Hearst Books, 1994, $20).
