Suggest a better descriptionCut the rind and pith from the oranges and cut each orange into four slices. Arrange them on four small plates. Drain and flake the tuna. Beat the cheese with the yogurt. Mix in the capers, parsley and tuna. Put a spoonful or so of the mixture on top of each orange slice and top each with an olive. NOTES : Mix tuna fish and curd cheese and you have a simply made p?t?, which looks attractive and tastes good with sliced orange and the sharp taste of olives.
