Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven, 350. Make caramel using 3 ½ oz of sugar, water, lemon juice, and cayenne.
2. Pour into custard cups, coat sides, set aside.
3. Grind almonds in food processor or use almond flour.
4. Add remaining sugar, orange zest, eggs. Process til smooth.
5. Add cream and orange juice. Mix
6. Let froth subside before pouring into cups.
7. Bake in water bath.
8. Let cool before unmolding.
