Ziploc Zip n Steam Recipe
1) Seal bag and shake gently to distribute seasonings. Place bag in microwave.
2) Cook on full power for 4 1/2 to 6 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, with no trace of pink.
3) Allow bag to stand 1 minute before handling. Carefully open bag and pour out contents. Garnish with 2 sliced scallions and 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
