Non-bake cookie recipe that's adored by all chocolate lovers! (Really good frozen)
1. Smash Oreos and cream cheese in a large bowl.
2. Place bowl in fridge/freezer until no longer sticky.
3. Roll filling into walnut sized balls (larger size = yields less, smaller size = yields more).
4. Place in fridge/freezer until no longer sticky.
5. Cover baking sheet in wax paper.
6. Melt white chocolate bark according to package directions.
7. Using fingers (or spoon), dip balls into melted bark and cover completely, setting to dry on the baking sheet.
8. Once hardened, melt dark chocolate bark according to package directions.
9. Using knife, drizzle dark chocolate over the balls.
10. Let set until hard and enjoy!!
You can substitute sprinkles for the dark chocolate bark for a more festive touch!
