1 tb Soy sauce
2 c Chicken; Cooked -- chopped
1/4 c Celery; finely chopped
1/4 ts Ginger
Soy Mayonnaise:
1 c Bean Sprouts; Drained --
Chopped
1 cn Waterchestnuts; finely
3/4 c Mayonnaise-Type Salad
Dressing
1 tb Lemon juice
1 c Chow mein noodles
1/4 c Green Onions; finely
Chopped

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. In separate bowl, mix ingredients for soy mayonaisse, then add to chicken mixture. Mix well and refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in chow mein noodles.
