Ready in 45 minutes
This is a fabulously nutritious salad that is very light on a hot summer day. It tastes similar to Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad. We love the salad dressing.
1. Blend together all the ingredients for dressing in a small bowl with an electric mixer. Put the dressing in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the salad.
2. Toss the romain lettuce with the chopped red cabbage and Napa cabbage and carrots.
3. Sprinkle sliced green onion on top of the lettuce.
4. Sprinkle almonds over the salad and then the chow mein noodles.

Ange325 2y agoVery tasty! Did everything except the salad. I bought a bag of romaine with carrots and red cabbages since I'm really the only one that eats salad. It still tasted just as good.
