You can substitute ground turkey easily in this recipe.
Heat oven to 450F. Finely chop veggies (can use food processor). Cook beef in skillet; drain. Add veggies, ginger, egg, soy and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, till cabbage is softened, about 5 minutes.
Between two sheets of wax paper, roll each biscuit to a 6" round. Spoon about 1/3 c. filling into center of each biscuit. Fold bottom part of dough up over filling. Fold in sides and top to enclose filling; pinch edges together. Spray baking sheet lightly with cooking spray (or use nonstick foil). Place bundles seam-side down on sheet. Bake til golden, about 12-15 minutes.
