Suggest a better description1. In Large Saucepan Cook onion, garlic, ginger, crushed red pepper, in oil over medium heat for 2 minutes
2. Pour in broth, carrots and celery, and bring to a boil
3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes
4. Stir in Snow peas and shrimp
5. Cover and cook for 3 minutes
6. Break noodles into 2 inch pieces and stir in soup,
7. cover and cook for 3 more minutes, until veggies are tender and shrimp is pink
8. Stir in Soy Sauce and pepper
