Original Chai Tea

Ready in 10 minutes

An absolute treat for simply drinking tea, or a dessert after a meal.


4 teaspoons Chai Tea
3 tablespoons white sugar
3 teaspoons Raw Honey
3 ounces milk
2 cups hot water; boiled

Original recipe makes 2



Boil the water, place the tea inside with the honey, mix and allow to brew for 5 Minutes. Meanwhile mix the milk and sugar separately. After the 5 minutes, remove the tea, and mix in the sugar/milk. Enjoy!

I'm not sure this is a "recipe", per se. It's more like instructions on how to use chai mix. Kind of like making a curry with curry powder. Keep searching and you'll find some actual chai recipes. It's well worth the effort.

Mama Mia, that was excellent. I cut back on the sugar, and added a little bit more honey. Also, some cinnamon adds wonderful flavor.
