Pre-cook about 3/4 of a 16 ounce package of small elbow macaroni. Drain, set aside.
In a large pot, blend the 2 cans of soup. Add Mayonnaise and milk. Heat this mixture enough to blend well. Add Chedder Cheese and stir until Cheese melts.
Add Tuna, Celery, Onions, Bell Pepper, Pimento, Stir until blended. Add the pre-cooked Elbow Macaroni and mix well.
Spray a 9x13x2 baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake uncovered 40 +/- minutes.
Mix the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. During the last 20 minutes of baking add the bread crumbs to the top of the casserole for a crunchy topping
