My friends loved this so much, they insisted I teach them how to make it, so one Sunday afternoon, I held a meatloaf class for my friends.
Preheat oven to 325
Mix beef and turkey until well mixed.
Or you can use all beef or all ground turkey.
Put into middle of baking tin and form into loaf,
Run your finger down the center of the top of the loaf to form a trough.
Chunk potatoes and add to pan around loaf.
Fill the trough with BBQ sauce and pour the rest of the BBQ sauce on the potatoes.
Add ketchup and water to BBQ sauce bottle and pour into pan.
Add enough to fill the roasting pan to almost the top.
Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender about 2 hours.
