Excellent for a heathy snack.
Scrub your sweet potatoes under running water and have them ready. Put them in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius/ 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for about 1hr to 1 hr 30 minutes (until they are soft when you press them… but not too soft though! As long as they’re not getting charred ) Allow them to cool on a cooling rack and that’s it! Enjoy!
