Easy and delicious ribs from http://www.foodjimoto.com/2011/02/oven-baked-pork-ribs.html
1. Cut ribs apart. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Put in large pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Then turn the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes.
3. Boil the sauce ingredients until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
4. Skim the foam off the ribs and discard.
5. After 45 minutes, remove the ribs from the pot and put then in a large roasting pan and pour the barbecue sauce mix into the roaster, coating the ribs with sauce.
6. Line up the ribs and then baste with the sauce.
7. Put in oven for 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
