Recipe from Mom
Take tortillas and layer 6 or so between wet (wrung out) paper towels. Place on paper plate in microwave for approx. 30 sec. until they are steamed. Lightly spray both sides and drape over 2 bars of oven rack- put drip pan underneath. Bake at 350- 375 for 7-10 minutes. Once browning and crispy take out and set aside.
Brown beef and completely drain. Return to skillet- over low heat add refried beans, taco seasoning and about 1/2 to 2/3 can of tomato sauce. Don't add to much sauce so its runny or bottoms will be soggy.
Blend well and scoop mixture into tacos (which should be standing in a lightly greased casserole type dish). Lastly, sprinkle cheese over top and bake for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
